To ensure that Free Fire provides a clean and fun gaming experience to all our players, we have been making continuous improvements to our anti-hack system. At the same time, we conduct regular reviews on our hack detection algorithm to ensure no false ban is made.
During one of our recent reviews, we identified an issue in our hack detection algorithm. Because of this, a total of 130 players were affected and banned by the anti-hack system. This has been rectified and the affected players have been unbanned.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused and remain committed to ensuring that while we make sure there is no place for hackers in Free Fire, we are also continuously working towards perfecting our anti-hack system. Please also note that we do not accept any unban appeals and there will be no unban done because of such appeals, as always.
